If you are unhappy with your order or product or it is the wrong size or colour please contact us before making a return and let us know the reason you are returning your parcel so we know to expect it.
All returns are the responsibility of the buyer and should be returned to us unused by tracked 48 Royal Mail.
We cannot process your refund or replacement until we have received the return from you.
Returns are not accepted if the buyer has damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or by getting someone else to do it.
We cannot accept a return if the item has been used.
If you no longer want an item for example because you ordered the wrong size or colour we can accept it back in unused good condition within 14 days of ordering.
If the return reason is the fault of Meta Diversity / Bucks Family Network then please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
